BGCA holds its General Meeting the first Thursday of every month at 7:30 PM.
The Board of Directors meeting is held on the third Tuesday of every month at 7:30 PM.

Planning and Zoning Development is inevitable. Miami is growing, the urban development boundary has recently been reinforced, and, it's pretty well known that we
are the LAST IN-FILL location. So, instead of fighting a losing battle, why
don't we create coalitions to make sure our future is not a row of
those unsightly things erected on Memorial Highway!

MAC Meetings The process into the study of whether or not incorporation would be good for Biscayne Gardens is well under way. At the MAC meeting of September 9, 2004, the topic of the evening was the cost of local patrol police services, presented by the Miami-Dade Police Department (MDPD).

Planning and Zoning In a surprise move, the Cornerstone Group, the developers who are planning “For Sale” townhouse development on the corner of N. W. 6th Avenue between 159th and 161st Streets, is negotiating the purchase of the Pinnacle Development Group’s Serenity Lakes project in Opa-locka.
