Development is inevitable. Miami is growing, the urban development boundary has recently been reinforced, and, it's pretty well known that we are the LAST IN-FILL location. So, instead of fighting a losing battle, why don't we create coalitions to make sure our future is not a row of those unsightly things erected on Memorial Highway!

The process into the study of whether or not incorporation would be good for Biscayne Gardens is well under way. At the MAC meeting of September 9, 2004, the topic of the evening was the cost of local patrol police services, presented by the Miami-Dade Police Department (MDPD).
